About Me
I love my family, living healthy and staying fit, and making a positive impact on others through my leadership. For the past 17+ years I have worked for Fortune 500 companies Target and Dick's Sporting Goods and am currently the Executive Director of a large regional non-profit in Western Connecticut.
My nature is to want to help people. Following this intuition has led me to prioritize the development of my teams, customer service, working with special needs, leading youth programs, coaching young mountain bikers, and health and wellness coaching.
I am a strong believer in personal growth. The consistent practice of endurance sports and finding ways to exercise my creativity have fueled my ability to reflect, process, and find the courage to change and grow. Long runs, bike rides, triathlon, art, and writing are all tools that I use while on my path of continuous improvement.
I enjoy being outside - riding my bike, running, and especially when spending time with my amazing wife Julie and our lovely daughter Eliza.
Buffalo Blood
I am proud of my Buffalo blood! My Mom grew up in Buffalo, it's where my parents met, and I was born there. I spent my childhood in PA, but would frequently visit my grandparents in "the Lo" and this solidified my allegiance to the Bills. In High School my family moved back to the Buff and it is where my parents and bro still reside.
